Who is (are) the artist(s)?
Barbara A. Kee is the primary designing artist.  Other artists are apprenticing and working under the
Artitude Studio umbrella. Every effort is given to fully credit the artist or artists responsible for each

How do I contact you if I have questions?

How do I place my order?
Orders can be placed online by using our shopping cart or by Mail or phone.  When placing your order,
be sure to include all of the required information listed on the order form in our shopping cart.

How do I pay for my order?
Payment must be made in US$ (dollars) by using PayPal, Visa or Master Card credit cards.  
No C.O.D.'s.

How do I know if my personal information is being protected when I
place my order?
No data transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be
100% secure.   We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of
information, such as financial services information or payment information.
An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL
transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment.  Any time we ask you for a credit
card number for payment or for verification purposes, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you
provide will be stored securely on our servers. Once you choose to store or enter your credit card
number on our website, it will not be displayed back to you in its entirety when you retrieve or edit it in
the future. Instead of the entire number, you will only see asterisks and either the first four digits or the
last four digits of your number.
You can order online using our secured shopping cart program and be confident that your order
information will not be available to the prying eyes of the Internet. Online transactions are done
through a secure server and are encrypted. All data processed with this server is entrusted to a
secured server for your protection and privacy.   Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server uses 128 bit
keys and RSA encryption technology.  

How is my order shipped?
All items shipped within the United States are shipped using US Postal Service, UPS Ground or UPS
2nd Day Air®.

When will my order be shipped?
All products are usually shipped in 3 to 4 business days unless otherwise indicated.  Ability to ship in
this time frame is based on the item being in inventory.  If the item is out of stock, and may be ordered,
this will be indicated as "Order-able."

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not accept orders outside the United States at this time.  

How do I inquire about custom designing services and how do you
design specifically for me over the Internet?
Custom designing requires knowledge in advance of certain aspects of what it is you wish to order.  
Through use of technology (scanning and digital photographs) and sampling, we have been
extremely successfully in filling custom orders.   We are always glad to send color samples prior to a
final agreement on your order to insure that "what you see, is what you get!".  For assistance, feel free

Where can I find information about new designs and products?
New items are placed in a special location on our website under  New Products

What is your Privacy Policy?
Our site uses a registration form for purposes of order fulfillment and customer contact when
necessary.  This data may also be used to announce special offers of items, new product
introductions or new services.  (You can opt out of receiving future mailings by e-mailing or calling
us.)  The site also uses cookies for the sole purpose of keeping track of your shopping cart during the
current shopping session.  None of the information we gather from you is used for any other purpose
than to administer your orders or to contact you.  
We do not give, sell, rent or exchange this
information with or to third parties.

This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store.  Yahoo! Hosts the store pages, ordering system and order data.
Yahoo! automatically collects order information, but may only use this information in the aggregate.

What do I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
To return a product damaged in shipping, please contact our office first at (866) 748-4725 or by
e-mail at:  
Customer Service.    Products damaged in shipping will be replaced (if possible, it may
be one-of-a-kind art) upon return to the studio of the damaged goods.  Either a replacement item will
be shipped or a credit on account will be issued as a resolution.

Procedure:
  • Initially contact Customer Service at Artitude Studio (see above)
  • A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned item
  • Returns must be made within 10-days of the date of shipping
  • Returns initiated after this 10-day window will not be accepted
  • Shipping charges are not creditable

What is your Return Policy?
Our commitment has always been to provide our customers with superior quality products,
dependability and courteous Customer Service!   We honor Returns, for
whatever reason,
but will only issue a credit on account for use in future purchases with Artitude Studio.
